Mitsui O.S.K Lines (MOL)

The project involved comprehensive interior fit-out works to deliver a complete and functional space tailored to client requirements, including gypsum and block wall partitions, flooring, ceiling systems, painting, and glass partition installations to enhance both aesthetics and usability. The scope also covered full MEP services such as electrical and IT infrastructure, HVAC systems, fire fighting and fire alarm systems, as well as plumbing and drainage works. Additionally, signage and branding elements were incorporated to align with the client’s identity, with all works executed to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
